BÖWE Textile Cleaning Systems has been recognized as a Hidden Champion by Nectanet. Due to various unique selling points, an export share of 92% and a very renowned, worldwide customer base, the company from the region of Baden in Germany has earned an excellent international reputation. New developments and innovations in recent years have also contributed significantly to the company’s commercial success.

The award was presented to Laura, Manuel and Frank Ziermann by Nectanet Managing Director Dominik Fehringer at the company headquarters in Sasbach in the Black Forest in Germany.

Prof. Dr. Jan-Philipp Büchler from Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts is in charge of the Hidden Champions study. There are defined criteria for classification as a hidden champion. These include the company’s market position, turnover and level of recognition. In terms of market position, the company must rank among the TOP3 in the world or TOP1 on its home continent, turnover must be between five million and five billion euros and the general level of public awareness should be rather low.
